Questions traders ask
Can I use KerbProof alongside AutoTrader, Facebook and other sites?
Yes. KerbProof isn’t a marketplace and doesn’t list your vehicles for sale. You keep advertising wherever you do now, and add your Proven link to each advert.
Do I get VAT invoices?
Yes. Billing is handled by Stripe, which issues a VAT invoice every month. You can download them from the billing page in your dashboard.
How do I cancel?
From the billing page, any time, in two clicks. There’s no contract and no notice period. Your KerbProof records stay live until they expire.
Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. The 90 days are free with no card. If you subscribe before the trial ends, your first payment is still taken when the trial would have ended.
Why can’t I prove vehicles as a private seller?
The law requires traders to make clear they’re trading, with their business name and address. A trader account shows those on every KerbProof record, which is also what makes buyers trust you.
